Project Overview
Desh General Insurance Company Limited (DGIC) is one of the pioneering general insurance companies in Bangladesh. DGIC was incorporated on February 08, 2000, as a public limited company under the Companies Act 1994, and its operation commenced on 1st March 2000 with a paid-up capital of BDT 60.00 million. Desh General Insurance Company Ltd. has amassed more than BDT 240 million with a credit rating of AA (long term). Desh General Insurance Company (DGIC) is in the country’s strategically essential parts, including 27 branches.
It was an incredible experience to work with the DGIC team. They provided all of the documents (including information, photos, service details, and employee info) as needed to design and develop the website, making our task easy. RTs IT has delivered the project on time, and the client company (DGIC) is satisfied with the completed task. As a result, they hire us for their website maintenance project, and we are still working with them till February 2020.
The Back Story
In January 2020, we submitted our proposal to Desh General Insurance Company Limited (DGIC) and received an invitation from their Managing Director (In-charge) to discuss our proposal. RTs IT officials attend the meeting with the honorable Managing Director (Incharge) of DGIC and explain the whole procedure of the project. After the successful meeting, the DGIC authority approved our proposal and signed an agreement with us to start the project.
During work on this project, our research and development team members attend another 2/3 meetings with the DGIC officials to make them explain our work progress and receive their opinion. In the meantime, our professionals take the proper plan to complete the project successfully. Finally, the RTs IT expert web developer team executed the plan and completed the project on time with 100% client satisfaction. After completing the project, we officially delivered the project to the DGIC authority, providing up to 6 months of free website maintenance services per our commitment.
